"Among the films I've seen, I look for moments in which the camera stops at any type of object, then copy and paste the frames. In this way, this collection of frozen objects is gradually being built up over time.
Objects in the cinema are sometimes disguised as coincidences. Many appear to be on screen because they are props without which a space would seem empty or incomplete. Sometimes we ignore them by stripping them of importance or prominence. However, if I collected some representative objects from known films and put them together on a table, I think more than one would recognize which movie I'm talking about.
The objects in a movie speak constantly, they are able to create an atmosphere and talk about the personality of the characters directly or indirectly. They speak without speaking, "they are bridges between concepts and realities" (Arenas Vargas, 2006, 61)."
